I took my car into Durban South Panel and Paint on the 3rd of February where it was suppose to take a week and a half, maximum 2 weeks to have my car repaired. They were very good to me and advising me when the car wld be ready. I was due to receieve my vehicle on Friday the 22nd Feb and they phoned to tell me the paint was peeling. I said ok no problem, can i have the vehicle on monday the 24 feb, they said yes on Monday i phoned them and they said that i can collect my vehicle on Tuesday. They wanted the excess to be paid in cash or they wld charge me 5% fee to use my debit card. I started to draw the cash on Monday as i have a limit on my account. Monday night i was hijacked in the rental vehicle. With that all my money and stuff was taken in the vehicle aswell. When I went to fetch my vehicle on Tuesday, they still needed to polish it. i spoke to the owners wife Carmel and she said she will phone me on Weds morning, I have left msgs for her and I still do not have my car. They have caused me so much inconvinience and I might never have been hi jacked, had I had my own car. Now I still sit carless, with additional expenses and excesses. They don't even care.
