A FORD RANGER 2009 4X4 "face lift" was offered to me I agreed with a price of R184 000, 00. Mr Bouwer repeatedly assured me that the car is in fact the "face lift"(2 witnesses) Contracts were signed with above info, but the morning after delivery, I discovered AND INFORMED MR PIETER BOUWER that the vehicle that I have is the non-facelift, value of R 148 000, 00. His attitude suddenly changed, saying "..you got what you saw" and also insisted that it was a facelift model. According to him, never in the past a vehicle was taken back by InspectaCar, neither will this one. I informed Wesbank about the vehicle that they financed, was not the car that was delivered. After 2 months, where Wesbank/InspectaCar took no action, when things got hot for them, Wesbank and the dealer admitted that the car was not the facelift, and then they changed the codes and lowered the price, on the contract to fit the older model, and then forced me to sign this new contract - I refused. I sit with a vehicle without a contract, which is not in use. A wel planned move by the salesman, by using different codes for delivery, insurance and financing. Wesbank play along with this deal.
