CHANGING CODES AFTER CONTRACT WAS SIGNED

I went to InspectaCar, Wonderboom South to buy a 4x4. They offerred a FORD RANGER 2009 "facelift". I agreed for R184 000. Mr Bouwer repeatedly assured me that the vehicle is a 'facelift" ( 2 witnesses). Contracts were signed with above info. The morning after delivery I discovered AND INFORMED MR PIETER BOUWER that the vehicle that I have is the non-facelift, value of R148 000. His attitude changed, saying "? ou got what you saw" and still insisted that it was a facelift. According to him, never in the past a vehicle was taken back by InspectaCar, neither will this one. I informed Wesbank that the vehicle that they financed, was not the car that was delivered. After 2 months Wesbank/InspectaCar took no action, and when things got hot for them, Wesbank and the dealer admitted that the car was not the "facelift"and then Wesbank changed the codes and lowered the price on the contract to fit the older model, then expected me to sign this new contract - I refused. I sit with a vehicle which is not in use and without a contract. A well planned move by the salesman, using different codes for delivery, insurance and financing. Wesbank plays along with the dealer.
