I purchased a second hand Toyota Fortuner from Inspectacar Pretoria North on the 18th of February 2013. I was told that the vehicle was checked and in good running condition. On the 20th of March 2013 we went on vacation when the vehicle just suddenly cut-out while we were driving. Back home we phone Inspectacar Pretoria North and told them what happend while we were on holiday. Toyota did a diagnostic test on the vehicle and told us that the injectors in the engine were on breaking point and it needed to get fixed as soon as possible, as well as the water pump. We went to Inspectacar with the information from Toyota and asked them to fix the faults as we were given the guarantee that the vehicle was in good condition. We came to an agreement that they will supply the parts and we must get it fitted. We finally got injectors on the 15th of March, when we went to Toyota to have it installed they told us it was second hand and not even the same model as our vehicle. We returned the parts to inspectacar with the promise that it will be sorted out. Needless to say the vehicle broke down yesterday and needed to be towed. Now I don't have a vehicle and only empty promises from Inspetaca
