According to the quote, the "Guaranteed price" was R10201, however I was charged R10758. This is an overcharge of R557
Several phone calls, emails and faxes later, I was promised feedback, however to this date, none has been received! Among others, I spoke to Michael and Craig, who both promised to contact me the very same day. I am still waiting...
We are tourists in South Africa, going back to Australia next week!
