FNB What can we do for OURSELVES

5 months ago my cc was frauded. Being in Australia they wouldn't send me another CC. I had my accounts frozen which I only found out when my debit orders failed and after 2 weeks of international phone calls, different stories and broken promises I had a cheque account card delivered to me in Australia and my accounts unlocked. NO mention of a fee, especially after the drama.

3 months after I get my card I get a Courier charge of R650, it wasn't me and I had no knowledge of it so I called who wanted to cancel my card again. I said no wait - first tell me what the charge is for and where it was made. No we cant tell you without an investigation. Card cancelled.

Admittedly by FNB (Amos Witten) a massive stuff up. My credit card account is frozen again, I have no card, I am sitting in Australia. Promised a refund and a new card with no charges, and then silence. Emails from my Gardens branch who themselves can't get information from Amos, as I directed them to communicate amongst their own departments. RBJacobs quick on Facebook to save face, but I am still a week and a half later sitting helpless in another country! No replies to my emails. No solution. No card. No Refund.
