We had a function and 3 groups had to be picked up at various places in and around Stellenbosch. I paid in advance for the pick-up and booked the return of the 3 groups for that same day. The pick-up time was 16:00, at 16:30 I got a phone call from the driver of Stellenbosch Sedan Taxis & Shuttle who couldn't find the location, that was e-mail to them in advance a few days earlier. I phoned Marlon who organized the pick-up and he was very friendly and told us he will sort everything out. At 16:42 I phone again the first couple and they were just being picked up and was on there way to the 2nd group. At 18:00 they arrived at the location, bearing in mind that the 3rd couple decided to drive with their own car to the function. As they arrived the driver was not very helpfull. He told me to phone an hour in advance for the return trip of the 3 groups. As the time pass I did phone an hour in advance and then the driver told me to phone another number. I could not even hear what he was saying as the background music and talking was so loud, I had to shout from my side so that he could hear me. The cell nr didn't work and I mail Marlon, still no reply from him, 3 days later...
