On Friday the 23rd August, after getting bad service at another car rental outlet at the airport, my daughter and I approached Woodford Car Hire where we were attended to by Ayoob. His smiling welcome and helpful attitude as well as interest in why we were there was soothing to our ruffled nerves. We were here from Australia because of a family emergency (my mother is dying) and he calmed us down, So despite his quote being the same as other outlets we accepted it and he upgraded us to a better car as well. Well done Ayoob and thank you.
