UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

Firstly I asked for a parcel and showed on paper the Place name and the number they provided for me. They looked under Leserskring, while I asked and showed it is Studymate. Then they said I should go and rather look at the Post Office--why if I know I paid for the delivery to Postnet? Two hours later they phoned me to collect the parcel, when I said, Oh it is at Postnet and not the Post Office I was told "Oh please stop making an issue". These ladies should go on a customer service course. There is a difference between talking to your friends and a customer, please take note.
