You know as a customer of a vehicle despite the price 500k - 1m you should be treated with the same respect as every other customer. it is our money into their dealerships that pay their salaries. im of the opinion that neither me or anyone i know will ever buy a vw ever again actually perhaps i need to start telling my neighbours to sell their cars if they have vw and keep spreading the work. nevertheless we have a vw and it need a new engine in its 3/4 month of ownership apprently it was not getting enough compression or whatever. guess what it just turned 1 year old in june and we having the issue again today. i had requested via vw pinetown and elvah from vwsa more than 1000 rands of my cellphone bill over a period to these useless uneducated people telling them i want copies of the invoices and documents showing me what part numbers were put into my vehicle and guess what nothing over a year and nothing. a bunch of lying cheating filthy disgusting of the earth people.
