Parcel was sent to the incorrect branch

Hi,
I am not sure what the policy is when deciding which post office branch a parcel will be kept at in thet case of a physical address appearing on the parcel.
However, I have received numerous parcels in the last few weeks, and they have all been delivered to the Durban HUB and then a notification sent. The latest one has been sent to East End. This is a huge inconvenience.
I'd appreciate if my parcel could be sent to the Durban HUB. Tracking Number PE819081674ZA
