Expensive and no delivery

I sent a parcel urgent to Vredendal, at the Malmesbury Branch of Postnet. At that time the courier stopped at the branch collecting parcels, so I were told it will still go out today. It is 2 days later and my parcel is still not there. I paid R265.00 for a overnight parcel - just a small envelope with 5 papers in it. Phoning call centre, I've being put threw to 5 people including courier company, and still no one can help me. Phoning the Cape Town Head Office, from 8 this morning, up to 10:26 they still do not answer. I were given 3 different numbers for the couriers, after having to phone call centre again, and not one number is answered, just answer machine. I can't believe that I have to pay so much for a parcel 180g and overnite if they can't deliver overnight. As on the slip there is boxes 24-48hrs (next day). I am very upset, and as a company we will never use Postnet again.
