I was having trouble tracking my parcel. So I went to the Glenfair branch during my lunch hour to check if my parcel was delivered. It was very busy at Postnet as it was lunch time, and the staff were handling the rush very well - making sure everyone was helped. A junior staff member was helping me, and was having trouble on the phone at the destination branch, the senior staff lady then took over from her. We eventually got to the bottom of it all, and we found that my parcel had made it. I appreciated how well the team works together, and how they went the extra mile to ensure I was happy!
