OIL LEAK ON A NEW NISAAN NP 200 1.6/16V

I purchased a new Nissan np 200 1.6/16v bakkie fromCMH DATCENTRE DURBAN about 3 weeks ago and discovered an oil leak on the 14/01/2013. I reported the defect on the NEW vehicle to CMH DATCENTRE on the 15/01/2013 and was asked to bring the vehicle in for an inspection. At this stage I asked them to provide me with a courtesy vehicle as this is my only mode of transport to and from work. They informed me that there were no courtesy vehicles available at the time and I will be put onto a waiting list. On the 18/01/2013 after no feedback I took the vehicle into CMH DATCENTRE to be inspected on the ramp. After 2 hours my vehicle was returned to me and the service assistant said that your vehicle has a ENGINE oil leak and will have to be booked in on the weekday, again I requested that he arranges a courtesy vehicle whilst my vehicle was being repaired. He advised me that there were no vehicles available and he will contact me when one does become available. I have contacted the service Manager at CMH and even logged a complaint with NISSAN SA call centre. I am still waiting for a response from both, and the issue has not been resolved. I am totally dissatisfied with the poor service.
