Nissan Navara clutch/gearbox leak (7 months)

In June 2012 (1 month before warranty expiry) my vehicle started making a noise when accelerating and I reported the fault to Nissan vd Byl. The vehicle was "repaired" and a free clutch upgrade was done. About 4 days after receiving the vehicle back we were left stranded in Johannesburg with no clutch, the vehicle was taken to Nissan Edenvale and emergency repairs was done. The vehicle started leaking gearbox oil and I again took the vehicle back to Nissan vd Byl. We received the vehicle back and within two weeks it started leaking again. I was told that I was responsible for the cost of repairing the vehicle. I complained to Nissan South Africa and was promised the problems with my vehicle would be sorted by Nissan vd Byl. Reluctantly I received a call from the new Manager Michael. On inspection, Michael promised me that the leak would be fixed and a thorough inspection to eliminate any other problems. This would be done as soon as the courtesy vehicle was fixed. I never received a call from Michael and when I called last week (Thur 31 Jan) I was informed that he does not work at the branch any more. My vehicle is still leaking oil and I need this problem resolved urgently
