ONCE BITTEN - TWICE SHY!!!

I took my vehicle in on 05/07/2013 for a Major Service and then asked that the mechanic look at an oil leak. After having my vehicle for two or so week, a family member made me aware that the leak is not fixed due to oil on the ground. I then phoned and was advised to take the vehicle back. I live in Westville and have a full time job. The manager said it is not a problem, someone will take me back to work. I took the vehicle in on 31/07/2013 and there was no one to take me back to work. The receptionist also said she'll phone once the vehicle is ready to collect. Needless to say, I was late for work. At 13:35 I phoned to query the progress and they advised that the vehicle is fixed. After receiving my vehicle, it still had an oil leak, my wiper-water-cover is missing. I emailed my complaint and got a reply that the manager will respond the 06/08/2013, but if I take the vehicle to another place their guarantee in nil and void. One 07/08/2013 I send them the Invoice of repairs to the oil leak. The manager has still not respond to date. I hold them liable for the labour cost, as the "leak" the allegedly fixed is not where the oil leak was and therefor had to go back and forth.
