It is with great regret that I have to complain on a public platform, but I guess it has to be done.nissan claim to hav such high standards in service but datcentre durban branch has disapointed me grossly.all I called in for was a colour code on a vehicle, but was met with a bull headed approach by the parts department, it should policy that helping a person be priority, what shocks me is that all other vehicle manufacturers supply me with this info within minutes. I'm deeply dissapointed in this behaviour and even thou I was considering purchasing a np200 my mind has definitly changed if that's the type of service I receive...
