New vehicle with rust

I purchased a brand new nissan livina at the end of september 2012. On the 26th of april 2012 i took car in for a service ans pointed out to the salesman and brandon the service advisor rust spots appearing on the interior of the boot. How can rust be appearing on a 7 month old car. I have a citi golf for 6 years and it does not have one spot of rust. Both vehicles are parked undercover in the same area. The branch was made aware on the 26th april and informed me that they are waiting for nissan sa. On the 7th i contacted nissan sa and the branch to request feedback. A week later i took the vehicle in for the second inspection. I waited pa4iontly with no response apart from brandon saying that they are waiting for the panek shop to agree to do the work.bronwyn from nissan sa does a weekly call asking if i have rec3ived feedback from cmh datcentre. To date i have got no feedback no call as to what is happening. This is unacceptable. If i were not to pay my installments i would be contacted every hour yet you sell me an inferior quality vehicle and i get no feedback. If this is the service nissan and cmh supply with rust cars i will not advise anyone to deal with these suppliers.
