Extremely Dissatisfied With BMW Alberante!

My vehicle was received by Alberante on the 5/3/2013 and they supposedly repaired the vehicle which took them more than 8 weeks to do.
I took collection of my "repaired" vehicle on 7/5/2013 only to have the vehicle returned to Alberante within 2 days as the leak from the sump had not been repaired. They then had the vehicle for a further 2 weeks where again they had confirmed that my vehicle's sump leak had been repaired.
I had to return the vehicle for a 3rd time for the same oil leak! On inspection Alberante confirmed that my vehicle's "Oil Level Sensor" was damaged tin the accident which was cause for the leak. My question was why had they not found this on their initial inspection 10-11 weeks prior!
Today, my vehicle still has an annoying oil leak, proving that this issue has still not been resolved and again I am left inconvenienced, as I need to now return my vehicle for a FOURTH time, be without a car for only goodness knows and look forward to having my car returned without having the issue resolved!
Alberante's payoff line is "JOY IS REPAIRING WITH PRECISION" and to date I have seen little repair and no precision whatsoever!
