Shocking service delivery

I sent my car for repairs after it overheated on May 31. The garage (hyundai ladysmith) took 4weeks to write a report and quatation and submit it after 3weeks the insurance gave them the go ahead to repair it. The garage asked me to pay half of the access of which I did. Five weeks have passe now and nothing have been done to my car it has been excuse after excuse from the manager. Incompitance is an understatement. Will I get my car thi year?
