I was completely blown away by the exceptional service that I received from Melinda Loots when enquiring about a car. I saw the car on the Internet and sent through a request to find out if the car was still available. About a half an hour later I received a call from Melinda to say that the car was still available. I asked her to give me a total price with everything included and she gave me the figure. As this was above my maximum, I asked if she could include everything for the price I was willing to pay. She spoke to her manager, phoned me back in 2 minutes and was willing to include everything. This morning she contacted me again and asked if she could bring the car through to me for viewing. I was absolutely amazed as I am about 50 km's from the dealership and would not have been able to see the car before Saturday (something I didn't even mention to Melinda). I have NEVER seen service like this and think that you guys are phenomenal. Well done, and please feel free to give Melinda an increase!!
