V Customs
Bad attitude/after sales service

I bought a Harley Davidson from this dealer. The motorcycle was not started in the showroom. Upon loading of the motorcycle the work shop mechanic let the bike fall and it damaged my bakkie. After off loading and starting the bike I realized the mechanics had damaged my bakkie when loading it. I also realized that the baffles of the motorcycle was not in the exhaust. I went back to the dealer and spoke to the owner and he then said that he had offered a trailer to bring the bike home. hE DID NOT DO THIS. A big argument occured after which he wanted to chase me out his shop and threatened to assault me!! I also spoke to a salesman Douwa Botha who then said he never realised that it had no baffles in but did offer that the workshop could build me a pair at the price of R350.00 a piece. I declined. I bought another pair from another dealer and then asked V Customs to deduct this amount off the price of a screen for the bike. They declined this and insted offered a 10% percent discount which I reluctantly accepted. when paying with the credit card they said sorry no discount!!
I will never ever tell any of my friends where I bought the bike and will not try and promote this dealer.
