Shocking Service from a Brand New Dealership

23/08/2013 - Car booked in for minor repairs after hitting a pavement.
29/082013 - Authorization supplied from my insurance company to Hyundai to go ahead with repairs. I find this out by having to follow up with Hyundai myself. I am told my car will be ready by the coming Wednesday.
05/09/2013 - Car was supposed to be ready yesterday no communication from Hyundai so I follow up to be told it will be ready tomorrow.
09/09/2013 - Car was supposed to be ready by Friday. Once again no communication from Hyundai. I phone Hyundai to be told it will be ready Wednesday 11/09/2013.
13/09/2013 - Again no communication from Hyundai. I call and am told it is ready. But their policy is that they only release on payment. Standard procedure for insurance co's is to pay 30 days from invoice allowing the customer to ensure the job has been done correctly. Hyundai wont allow this.
I have dealt with panel beaters of different size and status and never had this type of service or lack of disclosure of policy before.
18/09/2013 - Still not one courtesy call from Hyundai to explain what is happening. Posted a complaint on their facebook page a week ago. Thanks Hyundai. This after having bought 3 Hyund
