Hyundai Roodepoort - Service, what service!

One month ago the vehicle cam-belt broke. Hyundai Roodepoort said they cannot come out so I arranged Hyundai assist at R500 to take the car there. It stood there for 3 days before they attended to it. It was determined that another hyundai service centre did not replace the cambelt during the 60 000Km service. The manager there said he was not there when it happened and cannot be held responsible.

Hyundai Roodepoort serviced the vehicle on 75 000. The Km's was just over 100 000 when I realised I must have taken it for a service, I missed the 90 000 Km service. During this service the cam-belt is replaced. They just did the 105 000 Km service, not advising me of the importance of the 90 000km service, specifically the cam-belt.

After speaking to Gerald, the manager, I gave them the go ahead to repair the engine. After two weeks nothing was done. I was not informed of anything. When I called, Minette said she will find out what is happening, no response. I fact, she never calls back. I had to phone her to remind her that she promised to give feedback.

They just promise, no response, no feedback, no service, no reply, no urgency in solving the matter. I'm so disappointed! 1month
