Imperial Nissan fails to honour appointment

I made a fixed appointment with Rio Modise to view a Nissan Almera on Monday 26 August at 12 pm. When I phoned to confirm the vehicle is around for viewing, he did not respond to my call. I phoned several times afterwards but to date he has not responded to my calls or the 3 emails I sent him. I also left a message for him with Anne, but he never phoned back.

I feel this level of service is unacceptable and would have spent a lot of time and effort to go to the dealer to find out he was not there.
