Unfortunately in SA good service is hard to come by and rating service Impeccable in the car industry is indeed rare! It is with great pleasure that I compliment the excellent service I received from Imperial Nissan East Rand Mall when purchasing my new Nissan Almera. We went through on the Saturday and met Shaun (New vehicle Sales Manager) and Chilala (Vehicle lifestyle advisor) with our trade-in and requirements in terms of financing etc. and were told that we would have our new vehicle by the following Friday. I was sceptical have to say. In actual fact, we took delivery the following Thursday. Chilala took a personal interest in making sure we were happy each step of the way. Wilma who arranged the finance for us, was also a gem and fought hard for us. Shaun - it's refreshing to see a Manager that is invested and fully hands-on. A big thank you, to the three of you for an excellent service experience. If you are in the market for a Nissan, I recommend this branch highly.
