I'm very disappointed with the whole of Nissan SA for failing to act when they were supposed to. Here's a synopsis of my problem. I had an issue with a rattling sound in my Nissan Qashqai (n-tec Ltd edition) which is just over 47000km (was less than 45000km when the problem started). Took it back to Nissan IC Auto dealership where i was made aware that the problem is with the sunroof, did a lot of back & forth while they are trying to find the problem, after realising the problem is bigger than them (Nissan IC auto dealership), they tried to include the expertise of an engineer from Nissan SA, who later told them to buy a whole new roof & replace it. After doing all that, LO & BEHOLD, the car still rattles. Contacted Nissan SA to try & sort it out since i can see the dealership is out of their wits on this one. Guess what, Nissan SA tells me to make another appointment with the dealer. Which was very disappointing because the dealer asked advice from them. Clearly Nissan SA, as the primary "responsible" people for the goods, should now take over, stop giving me the run around & deal with it. As i'm not going to make appointment no.100 for an issue thats not even engine based.
