Shocking experience

Driving one of the Nissan luxury SUV's and having purchased the last 3 luxury vehicles from Nissan, you would consider yourself to be an valued customer to any Nissan branch. Sadly, this is NOT the experience we had. We took our Nissan to the Imperial Nissan in Menlyn in order to get an valuation done. We needed a price indication/estimation should we decide to sell our vehicle. We met with Albertus Saunders (used car sales person) he took pictures of our vehicle (to forward to his Regional Manager - Colin Kruger; as he was offsite attending another meeting) confirmed the mileaga etc and stated that they will get back to us the same day. Needless to say, I followed up on the expected call a few days later... The feedback I received shocked me; Albertus Saunders was shocked to hear that his REGIONAL MANAGER (Colin Kruger) never phoned us. However, he said, the feedback given by Colin Kruger was that they were not interested in the vehicle at all. They have one at another branch which they cannot get rid of and Colin Kruger "WILL NOT" give as an estimate as they can be held liable for the estimation. Thank you to the relevant Nissan staff... your lack of service got you on hallopeter.
