My cars clutch started sticking during the Festive season, i tried to call the Nissan franchise in Springs to have book an ealry appointment., this could not happen because at the time the dealer was closed for Christmas holidays, i then contacted the Franchise again on the 02/01/13 & 03/01/13 they advised me they were fully booked and i could only bring my car in on the 07/01/13. after i had done this the dealership advised that my vehicles warrantiy had expired on the 04/01/13 therefore i had to pay for my vehicle to be fixed. i'm extremely un happy with this and i logged a complaint with Nissan SA and they too have advised that they cannot assist. im not happy with this and i need someone t sort this out Urgently Nissan SA ref#TEL0033652 with Number: NIS0007051 : CRM:0001274. i have made to many attempts to have the vehicle fixed before my warranty expires. I will not pay for this. My Vehicle has been sitting at Springs Nissan for 3 weeks now waiting for Nissan SA to Approve the repairs. Please Help Urgently.
