Purchased a Reno Clio sports in 2011. Have had problems with paperwork, servicing and getting correct information. Dealership said it was sorted out, but guess what car goes to different dealership today and low and behold another can of worms unfolds. Tried to get info from customer centre, not helpful, phoned Reno SA was told to send an email through the customer service. Tired of not been able to speak to a manager at Head office level.
This has been going on since we purchased the car, it is now enough!
Please can a manager from Renault SA please contact me regarding this serious and irritating situation.
