I'M SO DISSAPOINTED IN RENAULT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE

To whom it may concern,

I'm so dissapointed in Renault The Glen of their service., & believe me even the manager himself does not seem to understand the definition of customer service.

I bought a car in 09/12 & already in Oct I was complaining about the gears giving problems. I reported this & took the car in, their technicians drove it & told me there was nothing wrong with the car and i took it back.

I complained again in Nov & when I took the car in I was asked if I had driven a Renault car before & when i said no I was told then it means I can't drive a renault car cause there was still nothing wrong with it.

The problem perstisted & I took it in again on 14/01/13 where they figured the gearbox is faulty & would claim from renault warranty to fix it but UNFORTUNATELY for me they don't give any courtesy cars.& this is their policy as the dealership in The Glen, Renault doesnt dictate to them. Robby (The Manager) made it clear to me that the gearbox issue is not his problem since neither him nor his guys broke it, & if I have a problem i should escalate it.

Honestly I never thought such a Prestigious branch could act in this manner, I'm so dissaponited in RENAULT
