Myself and my sister wanted to buy the Clio 4 from Renault Paarden Eiland, they wanted to give us 10k trade in, with extremely high interest rates. Then we asked to take the Clio 4 for a test drive, as one should before spending so much money, when we got into the car there wasn't enough fuel in the car and we couldn't drive the car, we sat in it while the salesman was driving the car around the block... not impressed. Secondly as we tried to find out more about the vehicle, he shows us on his computer the next microwave he wants to get (WHO THE CARES). We decided not to buy from them, I sent them an email to let them know. So we went to a different Renault and got much better rates, trade in was more then twice as much as what Renaut Paarden Eiland wanted to give us and the salesman is much more professional. Now there is no stock of the Clio 4 we had our eye on and the only dealership who has is Renault Paarden Eiland and they (Manager and salesman) refused to swop the cars because they know it is us who wants to purses the vehicle from another branch. AGAIN NOT PROFESSIONAL! Thinking now of buying the Kia this isn't worth the bad experience we had so far with Renault!!
