I am very disappointed with renault SA, I purchased new car in July 2013, I noticed the paint of the car peeling of or damaged. Went to a branch was told Reno closes in December I must come back in January. I went back, was told it might industrial, trees or bird droppings. They said they will arrange for my car to be taken to Bruma (head office) to be inspected. After 3 months of trying to get my car in and getting a loan car I was told I can bring it in on the 12-03-13. That afternoon they called me to come collect the car @16:30 as head office said they can not repaint it as it not their fault. I fail to understand how a paint from a new can can be damaged in less than a year if its not a factory fault.
