On 27.11.2013 the engine made a 'clanking noise'. On 28.11.2013 on the way to Audi West Rand the car broke down. It took 2hrs for Audi Assit to arrive & tow the vehicle to Audi WR. Since the 28th we have not received a courtesy vehicle nor have we received confirmation from Audi as to what is wrong with the vehicle. My car went in on 5.11.2013 for its 15 000km service. The only feedback received is that there was metal in the engine. The service received is absolutely unnacceptable. After 7 days we still have no idea what is wrong with the car and secondly we are without a car for 7 days.
