I feel like puking right now when I think or see anything that has to do with Audi. I even wonder whether I will live to see the next day since the vehicle I drive is a Audi too. I purchased a used car in 2012 at the dealership in Bramfntein & the listed culprits advised me that when motor-plan is about to expire I should come back just be4 I reach 100.000 k's & they will surely assist to have it renewed which I did. I was advised to do a "Vas print" at any nearest Audi dealership which I did, only to be told later to go & redo it in Braamfontein a few days later. Ultimately I was told that Absa, the Bank that finances my freeway plan had not sent proof of payment. I was wondering why the 3 from Audi in Bramfntein were not doing anything as they promised on countless occasions to have the matter sorted out on my behalf. I then decided to personally push Absa to send proof of payment to Audi which they subsequently did on 20th May 2013. Now Audi SA tells me they will not be renewing my Freeway plan because of late payment by Absa. Audi staff were clearly only interested in my money because they never delivered on any of the promises they made & now they shift the buck to Absa.
