Mercedes B200 CDI with faulty CVT automatic gearbox was booked in at MBenz Menlyn on 13 August 2013 to repair. Valve Body was found to be faulty and replacement part ordered from MBenz in Germany. Estimated cost to be around R27000.00. Goodwill claim was lodged as vehicle has done only 112000 km with full service history. Claim rejected by MBenz SA without any reason/motivation. Customer servce toll free number called on19 August 2013 and situation explained. Agent gave undertaking to look into matter and provide feedback. Today Friday 23 August 2013 no feedback received. Is this the service that one gets from a premium car manufacturer?
