Audi South Africa
Appalling Customer Service

In July 2013 I purchased a NEW Audi A3 Sportback 1.6TDI from Audi Springs. Within 2 months an orange engine warning light began appearing. I took it in for diagnosis more than 7 times to date with various faults being found and addressed, only for the light to reappear.

On the 6 Jan 2014 I took the car back to Audi Springs and it was agreed that as per Audi SA protocol that the source of the problem (later diagnosed to be water pump cooler problem) would be fixed while courtesy car will be organized for me by 7 Jan 2014.

To this day, I'm still to receive a courtesy car. Discussions with Audi SA proved fruitless as they claim the Audi Springs dealership had not satisfied their fleet requirements expected of each dealership. Audi Springs also points fingers back to Audi SA claiming its never had problems acquiring courtesy vehicles from Audi SA; this all happening while I the customer is without a car and my life on hold.

How do I get Audi SA and Springs serious about assisting a customer greatly inconvenienced by their own internal issues? I'm not interested in the squabbles between Head Office and a dealership, all I need is the great service we're always promised.
