On 25/11/13 I was travelling to Johannesburg the warning light came up. I phoned the Audi Assist for assistance and I was advised to put in water and may proceed to drive and if the problem persists to call one of the technicians. I then put in the water and noticed that the warning light had gone off and I continued with my journey as advised by Audi SA. On 26/11/13 the light came on again the following day as I was driving to work and the car switched off. I phoned Audi again and reported the matter and they advised that the car would be towed to the nearest dealer and requested that they keep me posted as I had to fly out that afternoon for work. Audi (lindsaysaker) confirmed that they had received the car and it was at the worksop. I followed up on the matter on 2/12/13when I got back from the country. I was advised they were awaiting spares and will advise as soon as car is ready. On 6th the service manager Anil advised that the car would be ready by the end of the day (6/12/13). I went to the dealer, Anil again advised that the car would be ready in 20mins up to that point no indication was given that Audi would not pay. Car still under warranty & they are refusing to pay.
