Poor (and expensive) scooter service

My new-ish scooter went in for it's second warranty service at Puzey with about 3000km on the clock.

I sent this list of things for them to look at:
1. Clutch not engaging properly
2. Brakes weak
3. Surges at speeds over 60km/h
4. Vibration/friction in front brakes or forks

#2 & #3 were fixed well. Together with collection of the scooter and the standard service fee I was then presented with a surprisingly high invoice. At my inconvenience and expense, they also kept the scooter for two additional days for "testing" and then were unable to bring it back to me because they had better things to do, so I had to make a plan to fetch it.

I drove it home, only to find that #1 and #4 had not been addressed properly, so I contacted them and sent it back again. The feedback I then received was that there was nothing wrong and so I had to come and collect it again myself. Yet when I fetched the scooter, #1 had been properly fixed, so clearly some work had been done. Issue #4 however had still not been addressed.

Not wanting to inconvenience myself even more, I took the scooter home emailed Mike Puzey about my displeasure. After receiving no response from him, I've decided to post here.
