I drive an audi TT. My audi overheated, i immeadetly stpped and take it to a nearby garage, they filled it with water and i took it to audi menlyn, i was 5 min away. The said it was the water pump and that they will order it from Germany. I waited 12 days. The phoned me after working on it again for 2 days. Nothing else was wrong with the audi, as they also just serviced it. On my way to my home, it overheated again. I took it back the next day. They phoned to tell me it was not the water pump, but the thermostat. The replaced it. The next day, the spedometer was not working. I took it back. They said its not their fault sorry. They dont even want to listen that there was nothing wrong with it when i took it in for the over heating the first time. They said it was the overheating the 2nd time that caused it, but it was not my fault that the replaced the water pump and not the thermostat?!? Thats why it overheated the 2 nd time. I asked them to look at the car's service record, there was not 1 time that they worked on the car that it didnt have to go back again. 2 people phoned me afterwards to rate audi menlyndi, gave it a 1 put of 10, nobody has phoned me yet.
