Rosebank Mercedes Benz poor service

I went in for a service at the Rosebank Mercedez Benz branch, was quoted a lot of money for the service as I was told it was a major service. I also asked for my locking system to be looked at as I was unable to lock the car using the remote from a distance - had to be right next to the drivers door. I advised the consultant that it had been working and stopped once I had some smash and grab tinting put on the car.
I was given a quote for the service and the locking system/remote locking - I asked our service consultant if this would definitely fix the problem and I should be able to lock the car from a distance and was told on 3 separate occasions that it would.
On receiving the car back I was still not able to lock the car from a distance and a day later the engine light came as well?? not a good look...
I spoke to the manager who advised that it would cost another 4 k to fix the remote system, this is not good enough. I explained what had been quoted above and advised that this should have been fixed.
The manager said that he would have a look and get back to me the next day... this was over a week ago
pathetic service I would not recommend them..
