Car not washed after service and bad service

I took my car in for a service to BMW Cedar Ilse Auto. Upon collection this afternoon I found the car had not been washed. When i complained to the service booking consultant. She handed me my car key, smiled and walked away. I complained to the service manager in charge but he asked me to come back another time to have my car washed. I work in Bryanston and live in Edenburg, Sandton.

I have no reason to go as far as fourways on a good day, why would I battle traffic just to correct BMW's bad service error like the washing of a car.

The sole reason why I service my car at BMW Cedar Auto is because that's where I bought my car.

The value of the service I was denied is quite minuscule but the bad attitude and service says to me BMW Cedar Ilse does not need my business. Something this small can cause customers to walk away and even warn would be customers not to visit the showroom or service centre at BMW Cedar Ilse Auto.

In the age of Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms that could be damaging for BMW Cedar Ilse Auto.

Perhaps Audi or Mercedes will be happy to have me as a customer and perhaps I too with be happy with their service.
