Worst service eve

My Chery Tiggo's central locking system was not functioning properly. When you locked the car the back door made a funny noise and when you lock or unlock the car the driver's door didn't open or lock. So i phone them and tell them about the problem and they say that i must bring in the car so they can check. They also did the 45 000 km's service that day as well. When i picked up my car they said they couldn't sort out the locking problem as this will be a warranty repair but they will order the parts and it should be delivered within 2 days then i can bring my car back. Well after i battled for 2 weeks to get hold of them they said they didn't know anything about this warranty repair. Then they phoned me to tell me that the warranty repair was authorised and they ordered the parts. My appointment was for 23 July to fix the problem. My car was only done at 6 that evening and only 1 door was fixed. They made arrangements to come to Secunda to fix this and today was the appointment and after 1 they still not at my house. What wonderful service?
