Got a LG optimus L3 from Cellc, wife has been using it. I need to use it now but with my MTN sim but Sim 1 is network locked. Called Cellc's call centre they did not know about any network lock, went to Cellc shop did not know about any Network Lock. At the end had to send it to Cellc repairs and the send me a sms saying its R 964.90 to repair. Gave cellc a call explained that I do not need anything repaired as sim 1 is in working order I need the Network lock taken off. Repairs department said that they do not deal with this gave me a 012 548 3991 number to call they in turn told me cellc dose all the locking with the manufacturer and only they can take it off. I have also called ICASA and found that they or the person that I spoke to is not aware of network locking. Can someone please take the network lock off.
