I bought a Ford Ka from the Western Autohaus Newlands branch. I initially wanted to purchase the extended warranty from the company in question but was not informed of all the T's and C's. After hearing the conditions of the warranty I did not want to take it out any more.
I stupidly signed the contract that included the extended warranty (in April 2013) and I was assured that the money would be paid into the MFC account. This has not yet happened. It is now August so in effect I have been waiting for 5 months for money that is owed to me. I was told by Clifford the Owner that I would receive the money in June but alas nothing. After many un-returned phone calls and emails I eventually got a hold of Clifford today (20/09/2013) and was promised that the money would be paid into the account today. I don't think I will be holding my breath on that promise...
