2 years ago I bought a brand new Ford Figo from Barloworld in Alberton. For the past couple of months I have regretted that decision extensively. A few months back my car would not start in the morning, I took it in, the battery was replaced, service done and all was good for all of 2 weeks then everytime I tried to start my car it was flat. I took my vehicle to Barloworld Alberton who fed me every excuse under the sun about what was wrong and who's fault it was bearing in mind that my car is still under warranty and eventually 2 weeks later my vehicle was returned WORSE than what it went it. It sounded horrible half of the electrics weren't even reconnected and my tracing unit disabled. So off we went to a different dealer, Ford at the Glen who are now telling me that I have to go pick up the battery get a new one and bring it back so that they can continue to TRY to find the problem!!! I have since spoken to Head Office who also does not seem to actually care, I was told to "try a different dealership"!!! Its now been 3 weeks with no car which I am paying for and nobody seems to care!!! Worst service I have ever received and I will NEVER buy another Ford, EVER!!!
