I booked my 2012 2.0 Jetta TDI, 35 000 km, in for some repairs, on the 16 September 2013.

Autohaus loaned me a vehicle to use for the duration of the service.

I informed Autohaus that I need me vehicle before the 20 September as we are going on leave with the family.

At the 18 September Autohaus contacted me and asked if I arranged the vehicle to be removed from the premises, I then
Informed them that I did not arrange anything to that affect, they informed me than that the vehicle was then removed from the
Service area without the approval.

15 min after that phone call Autohaus then informed me that my vehicle was then.

When I arrived at the Autohaus they informed me that the, gained access though the security gate, the security let the into the service area,
He then walked through the service area, climbed into my vehicle, the car keys was left in the ignition and drove through the boom gate at the service area.

In also contacted VW SA and informed them about the incident.
