The basic question remains unanswered - is the vehicle covered by the extended warranty or not?
The branch has the full service history of the vehicle and if it is not covered why do they deduct the extended warranty cost from our bank account? If the vehicle is not covered by the extended warranty then the deduction can be construed as or and the full amount deducted to date should be refunded immediately - why are you deducting the money every month?
