1 Aug'13- phoned and spoke to Suzanna to confirm bringing my car in for a service the next day. Suzanna said I wasn't booked, told her I phoned and booked
With an Indian girl and she told me I was booked for 2 Aug'13. Suzanna gave me 5 Aug'13 booking.
Took my car in on 5 Aug'13 for service, fetched car at around 4pm, paid cash, greeted lady to pay cash to, she ignored me and just gave me receipt. Very rude.
Started driving home, smoke started coming out of engine. Had to stop at nearest garage (Sasol) to buy airtime and phone Hyundai.
Michael and Marc and another guy came to fetch me, took me and car back to Hyundai Bedfordview. Told me it's an oil leak between the engine and gearbox.
Gave me a courtesy car and I went home.
They told me car was ready, and got car on 7 Aug'13 morning, gave courtesy car back.
16 Aug'13 loud noise coming from car. Phoned Hyundai bedfordview and left message, nobody got back to me.
Phoned Michael on Saturday morning 17 Aug'13. He told me to bring car in on Monday 19 Aug'13.
19 Aug'13 - Marc took look at my car at 7am, told me the fan belt was loose and he tightened it for me.
He said car was now fine.
