Booked my car in on 18 Oct as the clutch slips, revs gets stuck and there is an oil leak. Only 24000 km on the clock. Received a call back to say it is a possible oil leak in the gearbox as they had another car with the same problem. I was informed that the car has to be sent for the gearbox to be removed to get checked and they have to keep my car for 2 weeks, but they cant give me a courtesy car as there are none available. When I asked how I am supposed to get to work etc I was told that I can go on the waiting list. Its been over 2 weeks already and still no call from Hyundai. I am driving with my car that can break down at any minute, not that Hyundai cares. I am seriously thinking of selling my car and will definitely never buy Hyundai again. Very disappointed with the service or lack there of and the fact that after a year my car is having problems. The saying you get what you pay for is absolutely true. Next time I will rather spend more money on a decent car and were I know I will get the service I am supposed to.
